Ufologist Pat Packard (1951 - June 2, 1995), was the President of Associates For Scientific Knowledge (ASK)¹, a MUFON State Regional Director for Ohio, and UFO Investigator.² He is a particularly notable figure for his investigations of the UFO phenomenon in the state of Ohio.
